Meet The McCaleb Team
Kevin McCaleb - Realtor, Team Leader
Kevin was originally licensed in 1982. He was in the construction business throughout the 80s, then in 1991, he began selling homes and land with Prudential Alliance. In 1997, Kevin moved to RE/MAX and began building his real estate team. After working with RE/MAX for 13 years, he decided to transition to Keller Williams. Kevin is married to Cindy and they have 6 children. One of Kevin's favorite past times is kiteboarding at Lake Hefner. He has been windsurfing since 1986 and began kiteboarding in 2003. He also enjoys riding 4 wheelers at Little Sahara, snow boarding, wake boarding, and paint balling. Bluegrass music has become another passion of Kevin's. He enjoys attending the Bluegrass Festivals in Guthrie, Oklahoma and Winfield, Kansas every year. In 2005, Kevin began playing the stand up Bass and plays with a group every Thursday in Arcadia. When you choose to work with The McCaleb Team, you will have the comfort of knowing that they are experienced and professional. Throughout his career, Kevin and his Team have closed over 4,000 properties.
Cindy McCaleb - Realtor, Team Manager
Cindy has been with Kevin, creating The McCaleb Team, since 1997. Although she was licensed as a realtor in 1993, Cindy currently spends her time managing the team. Building a team that works together to serve our clients is Cindy’s mission. With the industry and market ever evolving, it is her responsibility to make sure our services are always the most efficient and effective to get the job done. That job is serving you! Cindy and Kevin enjoy spending time with their 6 children. They all enjoy snowboarding and wake boarding together. She is currently learning how to kite board as well. Although most of Cindy’s time involves her family, she enjoys spending time with friends, reading(when she can find the time!), eating Sushi, and vacationing on the beach! Cindy and Kevin also enjoy attending Victory Church.
Graham Ramsay - Buyer's Associate
Graham joined The McCaleb Team in 2005. He assists buyers in finding a property that is right for them, whether it is residential, commercial, or land. Graham works closely with buyers, spending time and attention to meeting the buyer’s wants and needs. He will guide buyers through getting a home loan, negotiating the best possible deal, and ensuring that all other details are handled with the best care. Being a member of Kevin's team, he receives leads from a variety of resources including referrals from buyers he has assisted. Graham has a wife and 2 children. He enjoys cooking and playing golf and tennis. The highest compliment he receives is your referral. Graham looks forward to helping you find your next dream property!
Alice Buxton - Closing Coordinator
Alice has been a key team member since 2001. Whether you are buying or selling, Alice will be your personal contact from contract date to closing. She will ensure that your transaction goes as smoothly as possible. She is very detail oriented, paying close attention to inspections, title work, appraisals, loan approval, etc. Alice and her husband are involved in their local Church. They also enjoy exploring new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Alice is a valued member of The McCaleb Team. We feel lucky to have Alice and are confident that you will enjoy working with her.
Ashlea Gieger - Listing Coordinator
Ashlea recently joined The McCaleb Team as the Listing Coordinator. She will ensure that your home is properly and accurately listed on several real estate websites, that your flyer box is kept full, and that you are informed of feedback we receive on your property showings. Ashlea's goal is to make the process of listing and selling your home as stress-free as possible by providing you with excellent customer service and handling all of the details for you. When you list your home with The McCaleb Team, you can feel assured that your selling needs will be met by Ashlea.
Courtney Waugh - Marketing Director
Courtney joined The McCaleb Team in 2008. She has a BA in Photojournalism and a Minor in Marketing. She is our talented photographer who photographs all of our listings and posts them online. Courtney also designs the flyers, creates the newsletter, and is in charge of Customer Care. Courtney and her husband enjoy traveling overseas, playing games with friends, and spending time with family. They also enjoy being an active member of their local Church. Courtney is enthusiastic about marketing and will be glad to help make your house photo ready.
Denise Willhite - Field Operations Manager
Denise has been a member of the McCaleb Team since 1999. Field operations entails putting up sold signs and delivering flyers to our many listings. Denise’s flexibility and dependency allows her to be a key member. In Denise’s free time, she enjoys spending time with family, gardening, listening to music, making jewelry, and garage sale hopping. We feel fortunate to have Denise on our Team.
Carman LaRue - Human Resources Administrator
Carman has been with the McCaleb team since 2005. She is the team’s Human Resource Administrator as well as the bookkeeper. Before she joined the McCaleb team, Carman received an early retirement from the Department of Defense after working there as a paralegal for 25 years. She has been married to Bill for 36 years and enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.
